Using Estima software, we perform a detailed quantity takeoff, identifying the exact lumber material required, including wall studs, joists, rafters, headers, and panels. This includes a complete lumber cut list with clear instructions. The list greatly minimizes waste, cut-pile, and fill in orders
Step 3: Cost Estimating Report
We provide a precise cost-estimating report that includes all material costs in an easy-to-read Excel spreadsheet. This helps you budget effectively and control lumber costs.
